Dashboard Instructions

Once you have entered the future workforce section there are several ways to drill down into the school and district data.

Search Type

Within the “Search Type” box, you may search for students by Location, by County/School District, by
Economic Region, or by the entire state. If you select Location, you will also need to enter an address,
city, or zip code and a radius to search within. If you select region there will be a link to a reference
map of the 12 Economic Development regions.

Career Cluster

Within the “Career Cluster” box, you may select one of the 17 CTAE Career Clusters, or you may leave
the default choice “ALL” in order to search for students in any of the Career Clusters. After making
your selection, click on the magnifying glass button to run the search.

Search Results

The search will first display a map with any schools in the selected area with students enrolled in the Career Cluster that you selected. You may toggle between this view and List view by clicking the “List” button at the top of the page. From the search results list or map you can drill down into detailed information about the school and the particular CTAE program.
